This paper presents the study of differential evolution algorithm with hierarchical fair competition model (HFC-DE). HFC is based on societal system found in natural world. In this model, population split into hierarchy and allowed between members. During evolution, members are to move within levels. The standard used for evolution. Experimentation has carried out define parameter proposed test suit having unimodal problems multi-model problems. After analyzing results, two variants HFC-DE proposed, named replacement, I,e, HFCDE-R without HFCDE-wR. problem-solving capabilities both algorithms checked results compared (DE) other DE. early encouraging motivating.
